With over 35 years of experience in the national and international top Hotel Industry we know virtually every form of business models of the industry. Beginning with mid-size, highly successful privately owned hotels to internationally operating hotel chains we have experience in all kinds of hotel business forms. Our in-depth views into the various business cultures gives us a very detailed view of the state and problems of the Hotel Industry. We adapt very individually to the specific needs of our clients.

Our Team
- Arnd Lindenau, Managing Owner, has been working for over 35 years in the German and international top hotel industry. In the year 2004 he established his own consultancy business and has been very successful with numerous consulting contracts, mainly for privately owned hotels. Special consulting areas are Feasibility Studies for new and existing projects, Marketing for specific target groups, Turn Around Consulting, development of highly effective pricing strategies, benchmarking and coaching.
- Claudia Fischer, Planning and Design, is responsible for all architectural and construction matters, from design and development to implementation. Special areas are the creation of true-to-scale room sketches in the event area and optimal room designs with a special character.
